Non Contact Type Inspection

Precision Beyond Contact: Non-Contact Type Inspection

When it comes to inspection and calibration, one size does not fit all. That’s why we offer a versatile array of inspection methods, catering to your specific needs. There are primarily two types of inspections: touch-type and non-touch-type. Here, we focus on the power and precision of non-contact type inspection:

Touch-Type Inspection: This method involves physical contact between the object and the measurement device, typically facilitated by a mechanical probe. It’s ideal for scenarios where tactile feedback is essential for the inspection procedure.

Non-Touch Type Inspection: In this process, we scan the object, collecting mesh data in STL format. It’s a game-changer when contact with the object is either impractical or detrimental. This non-invasive approach allows us to maintain the object’s integrity while ensuring accurate measurements.

Our team of highly experienced and expert engineers has successfully completed numerous projects, both onsite inspection using Portable CMM and off-site inspection with Bridge Type Inspection. This combination of expertise and versatility means that we can tailor our approach to meet your specific needs, ensuring the highest standards of precision and quality in every project. Whether it’s touch or non-touch, our goal is to deliver exceptional results that exceed your expectations.
